Ultra Tech is a leading manufacture of flat and specialty steel rule cutting dies. Our facility is equipped with the most up to date high tech equipment in the industry for producing cutting dies.

Dies can be produced using your files down loaded via internet, or we can program from your prints or samples. We also have the resources at hand to provide samples or prototypes for your approval before the cutting die is produced.

Our die making process is computer automated from start to finish. It begins with Artios die maker software, Then die boards are cut using our gerber cnc router, from there rule is processed with our adams rule processor. To complete the process, ejection rubber is custom cut to allow for faster running speeds and improved stripping during production runs.
